Naughty!

Chloe have been really naughty, she will cry and snatch, throw things and even deliberately hit me. How do you react when she hit u on your face? First reaction for me... is to beat her hand, but when I see her face looking like she's asking me, "how come you are hitting me too.... " haiz... I felt what I'm doing is contradicting. And if I don't hit her, I just scold her.... she will laugh at me!!!

I'm still at the stage where I don't know how to react to these actions yet, need to do some reading up. Whoever out there can give me some advise???
