not much hair or no hair?

Hubby finally agree to cut Chloe's hair one last time. Hoping that by doing so, she will grow more and thicker hair than what she have now. Have been trying to persude him for quite long, haha, why did he gave in? Think this photo helped alot...... :)
He's simply in love with the photo of Chloe with hair!
